We would like to point out our founders, whose experience and passion are elemental to Uaira’s success:
Daniela
Biologist, professor and entrepreneur. She holds a master degree in environment education. Acting in tourism sector and having a strong presence in digital media, she performs a dedicated and passionate leadership of our staff on subjects related to ESG, especially over environmental field, which is her specialization and acting area;
Marco Antônio
Jurist and professor, he holds a post-doctorate in economic law, PHd in international law and a master degree in public law. He is Uiara’s idealizer and he has ranged a long and solid career in public and private sectors as a lawyer, public prosecutor, notary, mediator and arbitrator. He is one of the few licensed experts in Brazil by International Association of Sustainable Economy and he represents the country in International Law Association over matters connected to foreign investments. His presence in the board ensures that our processes meet high patterns of security and transparency.
In brief, we are committed to provide globally recognized solutions in ESG certification that support our clients to demonstrate their business engagement with sustainable, equitable and integrity patterns.
However, we are not limited to certify for contracting parties own use.
Targeting public interest, we are building classificatory tools for sectors and activities through anonymous reports delivered by labors, consumers and citizens in order to guide investors to allocate resources in a way that regulators can ordain practices taking aspects beyond short-term profitability into consideration.
In our closer horizon is the offering of a channel to establish or reestablish the dialogue among organizations, enterprises and governments with workers, consumers and citizens seeking positive images regarding ESG.
Structural reforms in the city or in the field that favor smart cities and food security, reaching necessary estate regularization, by integrated agriculture and by circular economy, which results in optimal use of incomes in negotiating carbon credits, are our motte in all social movements, communitarian organizations and public institutions’ partnerships.
